Victor Hoyek.
Owner & CEO · Jewel Dream Homes
Victor’s career began on building sites in Beirut, working alongside his father. After moving to London in 1992, he founded several companies and built a career delivering multimillion-pound projects for discerning private clients.
Today, Jewel Dream Homes is a family-run business, bringing that experience to bespoke homes across London. Our focus is careful craftsmanship, attention to detail and a home that reflects the people who live in it.

What happens at the first consultation?
We discuss your ideas, your property and what you want to achieve. It helps us understand the scope of your project and explain the next steps. A survey and more detailed assessment then inform the design, estimate and proposed programme.
How is the price worked out?
After an initial consultation we survey and measure your property, then give you a detailed, itemised quote and a time estimate. The scope, specification, access and condition of the property all affect the cost.
How long will the work take?
The programme depends on the project’s scope, design, permissions and material lead times. We provide a project-specific time estimate after assessing the work. Planning and procurement need to be considered alongside the construction period.
