Our clients chose Jewel to deliver their dream home on Richmond’s exclusive Fife Road. The project included all-new foundations, a frameless glass extension, a landscaped garden with a pool and spa, a luxury gym and a hydraulic car lift built into the driveway.

The architecture
The clients wanted to update their dated Edwardian house inside and out, and add a contemporary glass extension with an open-plan living space that connects the house seamlessly to the garden.
Perfection from every angle
The frameless, floating glass extension has floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the house with daylight and frame the landscaped garden. After dark, a subtle lighting scheme turns it into an atmospheric evening space.
It’s all in the detail
The garden includes a twenty-metre swimming pool with a water fountain and built-in spa, visible down the side of the house from the gym through its motorised glass façade.
