What happens at the first consultation?
We discuss your ideas, your property and what you want to achieve. It helps us understand the scope of your project and explain the next steps. A survey and more detailed assessment then inform the design, estimate and proposed programme.
How is the price worked out?
After an initial consultation we survey and measure your property, then give you a detailed, itemised quote and a time estimate. The scope, specification, access and condition of the property all affect the cost.
How long will the work take?
The programme depends on the project’s scope, design, permissions and material lead times. We provide a project-specific time estimate after assessing the work. Planning and procurement need to be considered alongside the construction period.
How will I be kept updated?
A dedicated project manager coordinates the work and keeps you informed. We hold weekly site progress meetings with you so you can review progress and discuss upcoming decisions.
How are changes to the project agreed?
Changes should be clearly documented, with any effect on price and timing explained before the revised work proceeds. This keeps the agreed scope clear and helps you make informed decisions throughout the build.
