Victor Hoyek · Owner & CEO
Victor’s career began on building sites in Beirut, working alongside his father. After moving to London in 1992, he founded several companies and built a career delivering multimillion-pound projects for discerning private clients.
Today, Jewel Dream Homes is a family-run business, bringing that experience to bespoke homes across London. Our focus is careful craftsmanship, attention to detail and a home that reflects the people who live in it.
What we stand behind.
We value long-term relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors and suppliers, built on mutual trust and cooperation.
Our people receive comprehensive training, updated regularly in line with guidance and evolving legislation.
Every supplier passes a rigorous prequalification, including safety records, financial stability and a visit from our team.
We manage the impact of our work on the environment, delivering Eco-Homes ratings of ‘Very Good’ and ‘Excellent’.
As projects approach handover, our dedicated aftercare team ensures a smooth settling-in period and remains in place afterwards.
Estimators, planners, architects, design managers, engineers and site managers, working as one team.
