Building a luxury home in London is different from building anywhere else. Plots are tight, neighbours are close, many streets sit in conservation areas and a lot of the finest houses are listed. You need a builder who can design around those constraints and still deliver something extraordinary.
That is what we do. Jewel Dream Homes is a privately owned British design and build company, founded by Victor Hoyek. We take projects from the first sketch through planning, engineering and construction to aftercare, so you deal with one team, one project manager and one contract.
Our work ranges from a 750 m² family new build with a helical staircase and wine room, to a frameless glass extension and 20-metre pool in Richmond, to the careful transformation of a Grade II listed garden flat. Whatever the scale, every project gets the same meticulous attention to detail.

What happens at the first consultation?
We discuss your ideas, your property and what you want to achieve. It helps us understand the scope of your project and explain the next steps. A survey and more detailed assessment then inform the design, estimate and proposed programme.
How is the price worked out?
After an initial consultation we survey and measure your property, then give you a detailed, itemised quote and a time estimate. The scope, specification, access and condition of the property all affect the cost.
How long will the work take?
The programme depends on the project’s scope, design, permissions and material lead times. We provide a project-specific time estimate after assessing the work. Planning and procurement need to be considered alongside the construction period.
How will I be kept updated?
A dedicated project manager coordinates the work and keeps you informed. We hold weekly site progress meetings with you so you can review progress and discuss upcoming decisions.
How are changes to the project agreed?
Changes should be clearly documented, with any effect on price and timing explained before the revised work proceeds. This keeps the agreed scope clear and helps you make informed decisions throughout the build.
