Jewel Dream Homes is a privately-owned British company founded over 20 years ago by Victor Hoyek, primarily to undertake high-end development opportunities as he realised there wasn’t a company which appealed to clients looking to fulfil their own unique and personal projects. To date, Jewel has delivered a broad range of projects for clients throughout London and surrounding areas covering A-Z; providing bespoke, world-class turnkey design and build.

Therefore, all suppliers are thoroughly vetted during a rigorous prequalification process including the submission of health and safety records, proof of financial stability, the completion of a prequalification questionnaire, and a visit to their place of work from Jewel Dream Homes.
